Company also provides collateral loans against fine
art. We specialize in modern and contemporary art,
specifically household names such as Warhol, Picasso, Hockney and Chagall. When making a loan against artwork
it is imperative that borrowers provide a provenance,
including auction records, original receipts,
certificates of authenticity, appraisals, etc.
On the first and third
Wednesday of each month we have an art appraiser who assists
with authentication and valuation of potential collateral loans
against art. In advance of visiting Beverly Loan in person
